How we started
CyberSpace Dynamics was founded in 2022 in Athens with a simple goal. We wanted to give small and medium businesses complete technology solutions, without making them coordinate five different suppliers.
A small business has the same needs as a large one. It needs a stable network, secure data, correct invoicing and a presence online. But it usually has no IT department of its own to organise all of this.
That is where we come in. We study what you need, propose a solution that fits your size and budget, install it and stay with you after handover.
Our mission
We want technology to help your business grow, not hold it back. A network that goes down, a backup that never ran or an invoicing system that does not talk to myData all cost time and money.

Documentation
Every installation comes with a network diagram, passwords and notes. That way your infrastructure does not depend on one technician's memory.
Security from day one
We separate networks with VLANs and set up firewalls and backups at the design stage. We do not add them later, after a problem has already happened.
A lasting relationship
Handover is not the end of our work together. We monitor, maintain and upgrade your infrastructure as your business grows.

Contact
We talk with you about your work, the problems you face and your goals. Where needed, we carry out a site survey at your premises.
Design
We design the solution with specific equipment, a timeline and a cost. We present the plan to you and adjust it before work begins.
Implementation
We install and configure the systems in an organised way. We schedule the work so it disrupts your operations as little as possible.
Testing
We test every point before handover: cabling, Wi-Fi coverage, cameras, backups and software workflows. Anything that does not work properly is fixed on site.
Handover
We hand over the project with documentation and short user training. After that we stay available for support and maintenance.

Our head office is in Ampelokipoi, at 122 Alexandras Avenue. From there we serve businesses in Attica and across Greece, from offices in central Athens to sites in areas with limited internet coverage.
Much of our work is done remotely: user support, network configuration, and monitoring of systems and IoT sensors. For installations, site surveys and equipment faults, we come to your premises.
