Orders, till and fridges under control

Challenges and solutions

Problems we often solve

Spoiled food from a fridge failure

Wireless sensors in fridges and cold rooms measure the temperature continuously. If it goes over the limit, the person in charge is told, even at night.

Smart Cooling
Lost orders

We set up a POS with handheld terminals for waiting staff, kitchen and bar printers, and myData reporting. Each order goes straight to the right station.

Invoicing & ERP
Wi-Fi that affects the till

We separate the POS network from guest Wi-Fi with VLANs and cover the dining room, kitchen and terrace. The till is not affected when many guests connect.

Network Installations
Theft and till discrepancies

Cameras cover the till, storeroom, delivery entrance and outdoor areas. You see the picture on your phone, even when you are away.

Security Systems & CCTV
Few online bookings

We build a website with your menu, photos, bookings and a QR menu for the tables. You update prices and dishes yourself.

A typical project

Example: a restaurant with a terrace and cold rooms

An 80-seat restaurant has a terrace, two cold rooms and four under-counter fridges. Temperatures are written by hand and orders go on paper slips.

Illustrative scenario, not a specific client.

  1. POS and printers

We install a POS with handheld terminals, a kitchen printer and a bar printer. Receipts are sent to myData and the card terminal links to the till.

  2. Network for dining room and terrace

We fit indoor and outdoor access points and separate the POS network from guest Wi-Fi. The terminals keep their signal on the terrace.

  3. Cooling sensors

We put a temperature sensor in every cold room and fridge, and a door sensor on the cold rooms. We set limits, for example 0 to 4 °C for chiller fridges.

  4. HACCP log

Readings are stored automatically and exported as a report for the HACCP file. The person in charge is told if a door stays open or the temperature rises.

Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you're looking for? Call us or send us a message.

Do the sensors replace the HACCP log?
They record temperatures automatically and give you reports for the HACCP file. Your self-inspection system and corrective actions remain your responsibility, but the record becomes more reliable.
Do the sensors need wiring?
No. The sensors are wireless, run on batteries and send readings over LoRaWAN to a gateway. During installation we check the signal from every fridge and cold room.
Can the POS connect to stock control?
Yes. With recipes per dish, each sale deducts the ingredients from stock. You see consumption and shortages before ingredients run out.
What if the internet goes down during the rush?
We add a backup connection with automatic failover, so the POS keeps issuing receipts. In areas without a good line, Starlink can be the main or backup connection.
Do you serve seasonal businesses on the islands?
Yes. We install before the season opens and support you remotely during it. After the season we can service the equipment.
