Industrial IoT

Hear your machines before they stop

Wireless sensors measure vibration, temperature and current on your motors, pumps and fans. You see when a machine starts to wear and you schedule maintenance before it fails.

Overview

From reactive to predictive maintenance

Most machines do not fail suddenly. A worn bearing, a drifting alignment or an overheating motor shows signs weeks before failure, as rising vibration or temperature. With continuous measurement, you see those signs early.

The LoRaWAN sensors run on batteries and mount with a magnet or a screw, with no wiring and no changes to your automation. For existing instruments and PLCs with Modbus RS485, we use converters that send their values wirelessly. Everything ends up in one dashboard with history and alerts.

What you can monitor

Applications

Rotating machine vibration

Motors, pumps, fans and gearboxes. Rising vibration points to bearing wear, imbalance or poor alignment.

Motor temperature

Motor casing and bearing temperature. You catch overheating before the thermal protection trips.

Current and consumption

Current per machine using current transformers. You see running hours, load and energy use per line.

Production counters

Pulses from sensors or machines become units per hour. You see stoppages and slowdowns without manual logging.

Reading existing instruments

Modbus RS485 and 4–20 mA analogue converters read pressure gauges, flow meters and PLCs. The data reaches the dashboard with no new cables.

Room conditions

Temperature, humidity and air quality in raw material stores, electrical panels and production areas.

The sensors we install

Wireless and battery-powered, with no cabling. Battery life depends on how often they send readings.

SensorVibration sensor
MeasuresRMS vibration velocity, acceleration and surface temperature on three axes
Where it goesOn the motor or pump casing, close to the bearingsMounts with a magnet or a screw. A firm mount is essential for reliable readings.
SensorSurface temperature sensor
MeasuresCasing or bearing temperature
Where it goesOn motors, gearboxes and electrical panelsA contact probe gives a more accurate value than measuring the air around the machine.
SensorCurrent meter
MeasuresCurrent per phase and running hours
Where it goesIn the machine's panel, with current transformers around the cablesAn electrician installs it without cutting the cable.
SensorPulse counter
MeasuresUnits, cycles or pulses from flow and energy meters
Where it goesOn a line sensor output or a meter's pulse outputThe counter adds up pulses and sends the total at regular intervals.
SensorModbus or 4–20 mA converter
MeasuresValues from PLCs, pressure gauges, flow meters and energy analysers
Where it goesNext to the instrument or in the automation panelIt only reads values and never writes to the PLC, so it does not affect how the line runs.
Alerts

Know before damage is done

Vibration exceeds 4.5 mm/sThe maintenance lead gets an alert to check the machine at the next scheduled stop.
Vibration rises steadily over the last weekThe maintenance lead gets an email with a trend chart, so they can order spare parts in time.
Motor temperature exceeds the manufacturer's limitAn immediate SMS goes to the shift supervisor and the production manager.
The production counter records no units for 15 minutes during a shiftThe shift supervisor gets an alert about a possible line stoppage.
How we work

From the first machine to the whole line

  1. Choose critical machines

We visit your plant and, together with your maintenance team, choose the machines that stop production when they fail.

  2. Coverage check

We measure the signal in production areas, where metal affects propagation, and choose positions for the gateways.

  3. Installation without downtime

Vibration and temperature sensors go on while the line is running. An electrician fits the current meters during a scheduled stop.

  4. Baseline measurement

We record each machine's normal behaviour for a few weeks and set limits based on standards and the manufacturer's guidance.

  5. Expansion and integration

We extend to more machines and, if needed, send the data to your ERP, CMMS or SCADA via API or MQTT.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you're looking for? Call us or send us a message.

Why is the vibration limit 4.5 mm/s?
The ISO 10816 standard, now being replaced by ISO 20816, defines vibration zones based on a machine's size and mounting. For many medium-sized machines, values around 4.5 mm/s are treated as a warning limit. We set the limit for each machine based on its class and its baseline measurement.
Does the system affect my automation or PLC?
No. The vibration and temperature sensors are independent of your automation. The Modbus converters only read values and never write commands to the PLC.
Does LoRaWAN work inside a factory with a lot of metal?
Metal weakens and reflects the signal, but LoRaWAN usually works well in industrial spaces. We measure coverage before installation. Large plants may need more than one gateway.
How long does a vibration sensor battery last?
Vibration sensors use more power than a simple temperature sensor. With a reading every 10 to 30 minutes, the battery usually lasts from one to a few years. Battery life depends on how often it measures and the type of analysis.
Can it do full vibration spectrum analysis?
Wireless LoRaWAN sensors mainly send summary values, such as RMS velocity and acceleration, which are enough for trend monitoring. Detailed diagnosis with spectrum analysis needs a portable analyser or a wired system, and we recommend one where it is needed.
Can the data reach my ERP or maintenance system?
Yes. The platforms we use send data via API, webhooks or MQTT. For example, a work order can open automatically in your maintenance system when a limit is exceeded.
