Production plants

Data from the production line, not estimates

We connect machines, warehouses and offices on one reliable network and add sensors where you need measurements. You see consumption, temperatures and vibration in real time.

Problems we often solve

Breakdowns without warning

Vibration and temperature sensors on motors, pumps and compressors show changes before a failure. You schedule maintenance instead of losing production.

Industrial IoT
A network that cannot cope with the environment

We use industrial switches, dust-protected cabinets and cables suited to production areas. We separate the production network from the office network with VLANs.

Network Installations
Unknown energy use

Energy meters per line or machine show where and when electricity is used. You find loads that keep running for no reason.

Smart Buildings
Inaccurate raw material stock

We set up an ERP with bills of materials, batches and warehouse movements. Production and accounts see the same figures.

Invoicing & ERP
Perimeter and warehouse security

IP cameras with an NVR cover the perimeter, loading ramps and warehouses. Out-of-hours motion alerts reach the manager's phone.

A typical project

Example: a plant with three production lines

A packaging plant has three production lines, a raw material warehouse and offices on the same site. Motor faults are only noticed when a line stops.

Illustrative scenario, not a specific client.

  1. Site survey

We walk the site with the maintenance lead and choose the critical machines. We check LoRaWAN coverage and cable routes.

  2. Network and gateway

We link the buildings with fibre or a wireless bridge and install a LoRaWAN gateway. The production network goes on a separate VLAN.

  3. Sensors

We fit vibration and temperature sensors on the motors and energy meters in the panels. We set limits based on the first weeks of readings.

  4. Dashboard and alerts

Maintenance sees the readings on platform.csdynamics.gr and gets an alert when a value drifts. The data stays available for reports.

Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you're looking for? Call us or send us a message.

Do we need to change our machines for IoT?
No. The sensors mount externally, with a magnet, clamp or screw, and do not interfere with your automation. For energy, we use meters with current transformers in the panel.
What is LoRaWAN and why do you use it?
It is a low-power wireless network that covers long distances and gets through walls. The sensors run on batteries for a long time and need no wiring.
Can the data connect to the ERP?
Yes, via API. For example, a machine's running hours can update the maintenance schedule. We look at this case by case.
Do you also handle the office network?
Yes. We design a single network with separate segments for offices, production, cameras and guests. We also support your users' computers.
When do we see results from the sensors?
Readings appear from day one. It usually takes a few weeks of data to set the right limits and see trends.
