Support request

For a critical fault, call us directly.

We only use your details to respond to your request. See our privacy policy.

Ways to get support

For most requests we recommend the platform, so everything is recorded in one place.

Client platform

Open a request at platform.csdynamics.gr with a description and, if possible, screenshots. You can follow the progress of your request and see your history.

Phone

Call (+30) 211 003 0854 for urgent issues. If the problem stops your business from operating, please phone.

Email

Write to info@csdynamics.gr for issues that are not urgent. Include your company name, a contact number and exactly what is happening.

Remote access

Many problems are solved without a visit, through a secure remote connection to your computer. We connect only with your approval, and the session ends when the work is done.

Priority levels

Critical

When: The business cannot operate, or a security breach is suspected.

Examples

The whole network or internet is down, the server is not responding, ransomware or suspicious access to accounts, a critical cold room temperature alarm.

High

When: An important system has a problem or many users are affected, but the business keeps operating.

Examples

Invoices cannot be issued or sent to myData, email is down for one department, the NVR is not recording, the website or online shop will not load.

Normal

When: A problem that affects one user or one device, with a temporary workaround.

Examples

One computer is slow, a printer will not print, weak Wi-Fi in one office, a problem with a Microsoft 365 app.

Low

When: Requests not related to a fault that can be scheduled.

Examples

A new user or new email account, software installation, a text change on the website, a question about an equipment upgrade or a quote.

Before you call us

  1. Restart the device

Many temporary problems are fixed by restarting the computer, printer or application. If the problem comes back, note when it happens.

  2. Check cables and power

Make sure the devices are switched on and the network and power cables are firmly connected. Check whether the lights are on on the router, the switch or the Starlink.

  3. See who is affected

Check whether only one user has the problem or everyone does. This tells us straight away whether one device or the network is at fault.

  4. Keep the error message

Take a photo or screenshot of the message on screen. The exact error text speeds up diagnosis a lot.

  5. Note what changed

Think about whether anything happened recently: a power cut, an update, a new device or equipment being moved. The cause is often there.

  6. Do not ignore suspicious messages

If you suspect a virus or clicked a suspicious link, disconnect the computer from the network and call us immediately. Do not switch the device off before we speak.

How do I get access to the client platform?
Platform accounts are created for our clients. If you do not have login details or have forgotten them, contact us by phone or email.
What should I write in a support request?
Describe what is happening, since when, and which users or devices are affected. Add screenshots and a contact number. The more specific the request, the faster diagnosis can start.
Who sets the priority of a request?
You choose the priority when you open the request. Our team confirms or adjusts it based on the descriptions on this page, so critical issues are handled first.
Is remote access secure?
We use an encrypted connection and connect only after you approve it. You see everything we do on your screen and can end the session at any time.
When is a technician visit needed?
We come to your premises when the problem involves hardware, cabling or equipment that cannot be checked remotely. We will let you know in advance and agree the time of the visit with you.
Can you support equipment you did not install?
Yes, in most cases. The first time, we need a little time to document how your infrastructure is set up, so we can support you properly from then on.
